Selective Pallet Rack
Roll-Formed
The workhorse of conventional warehouse storage racks is the selective pallet
rack system. SpaceRak offers selective pallet racks in a number of frame and
beam styles, including our tough, economical roll-formed construction which is
widely used by North American business and industry. Our roll formed pallet
racks are available in an adjustable beam design that allows for quick, easy
beam location and placement on 2" centers. It features a patented spring
clip that locks the beam securely to prevent accidental dislodgement. The
selective rack is also available in a square tubular model.
1.Tapered Keyhole Design - Keyhole slots are tapered, non-jamming
design, on 2" centers for the full height of frame. Tapered design
draws connector studs on end-plate up tight to frame. The heavier the
load, the tighter the fit.
2. One Piece Welded Frames - Upright frames are one-piece welded
construction for optimum strength and rigidity. Full height stiffening
ribs add extra strength to the 50,000 psi steel.
3. Snap-On Spring Safety Clip - Patented, removable spring clip
locks beam securely to upright-makes beam removal easier. Clip is brightly
plated to assure high visibility, and quick safety check of beam
connection.
4. Heavy Duty Connector Studs - A minimum of three or more heavy
duty studs are used on all end clamps. Four studs are used on 5" and
6" beam end clamps
5. Horizontal and Diagonal Bracing - Upright bracing is 4 sided
channel construction. fully welded on both sides of frame. Provides added
strength in both tension and compression
6. Continuously Welded Beam Construction - A complete line of
continuously welded step and box beams available for all SpaceRak systems.
Assures smooth, neat appearance, as well as safe, worry-free installation.
7. Extra Heavy Duty Base Plates - The heaviest standard base plates
in the industry. 3-1/8" x 4-1/2" x 3/16" thick, or
4-1/8" x 4-3/4 x 1/4". |
